Aspheric lens has different radius of curvature from the center to the edge of the surface, so it can improve spherical aberration and image quality. We use CNC equipment for precision grinding and polishing of non spherical surfaces, and non die-casting forming.
1. The precision of ordinary surface: 0.025~0.05mm or more, mainly used in the spotlight system, such as projector and theater lamp.
2. High precision surface accuracy: 3-10um or above, mainly used for imaging systems of high-precision instruments.
